What software will get rid of these 3 trojans?

Hello friends,
Spyware Doctor located 3 trojans, but I have to buy the software to actually remove trojan virus.virtumonde and some other trojan. I don't want to buy the software because these trojans will steal my credit card info.Spybot, Malawarebytes, and Spyware Terminator have been unsuccessful, and I cannot do all of that fancy step by step registry removal technical stuff. Too advanced.Please help.
