Hi,
I ran TH version 5 build 962 and it found a Vondu trojan. It quarantine it but in every scan it keep alerting me and it finds it under the following path:
Found trojan file: C:\Program Files\TrojanHunter 5.0\Quarantine\3TMwriSX.dat/mbcs_amshelhook.dll.52F0D255_A0F4_4884_A607_ DA5EA2078885 (Generic.Vundo.C)
 
Any ideas?

That is very odd that TrojanHunter is finding a trojan in its own quarantine folder.  
 
Please open the TrojanHunter scanner GUI and click on the Quarantine icon on the left icon bar.  Once the quarantine window opens, highlight the quarantined file and select "Remove Selected Files".  This will delete the file from the quarantine folder.  
 
Then run another TH scan and see if the problem is resolved.
