Help with virus?

Hi,
 
When I open up my internet explorer it comes up with "win32.DNSChanger" in the search box.  It also brings up random pages.  I've tried running my anti virus software but nothing is working.  Thanks in advance for any help!

Please download/install Hijackthis per the instructions in the link below.
 
Then post back here a Hijackthis scan log so that we can examine it for infections.
