Okay, now I understand what you are seeing on your system.  The above trojans are found in your System Restore file.  To clean these, please refer to the link below.

In your case, the D drive system volume information is the one that needs to be cleared.

Note:  Your HJT log is showing nothing malicious.  HJT does not look at System Restore (System Volume Information) nor for alternate data streams.
