Help me see if i have a virus.....please

The other day a pop up came up and said for me to update zone alarm.  I did this and my comp practically stopped working.  I couldn't get on the net or anything. I uninstalled it and everything "seems" to be working. I've attached the HJT log below so let know if anything looks weird.  My norton corp has been identifying a irc.backdoor.bot virus every few days and has been deleting it but some how it comes back up. I don't use IRC or anything like that so let me know if it could be something else.

What is the name of the file that Norton is detecting as irc.backdoor.bot?  The file name should be in the Quarantine folder of Norton.
 
Concerning your HJT log.
 
1.  Did you intentionally install the Ask.com toolbar for your browser?  There are several security programs that consider this to be adware because it gets added without user permission.  If you did not add this toolbar intentionally, remove it via Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.  The two HJT entries below should no longer exist after your remove the Ask.com toolbar.

Other than the above, the HJT is not showing anything potentially malicious.

I actually got freaked out for a minute.  Thanks for the quick reply.  The proxy server is a way to watch espn360 here in sc.  Boy did that scare me.  Thanks for the information. I'll uninstall the toolbar and then run a scan in safe mode just to double check.........
