Okay, your HJT is showing some infections.  Please do the following;

1.  Go to the link below and follow the instructions for downloading and running Combofix.exe.  You should print out these instructions for use.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

NOTE:  You can bypass the section concerning installing the Windows XP Recovery Console if you want.

2.  Post back here the log generated by Combofix.exe

3.  Post a new Hijackthis log.

Okay iam running combofix and just wondering if this is normal. The scanbox seems to have stopped with it displaying a message " '"C:\Windows\system32\"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. "
What does mean? Its been like that for over 15 minutes.

Please reboot your computer and run Combofix.exe again.  Be sure not to interrupt it while it is running.

Before running Combofix, temporarily disable your AntiVirus program and close down as many programs as you can (the icons in the notification tray next to the clock in the task bar.)

There appears to be something wrong with Combofix.exe.  I ran it on my XP machine from two different download sources and it generated the same weird message you received.

Please do the following:

1.  Go to START>RUN and type   Combofix /u

This will uninstall Combofix and return your system to normal.  It will state that it has been uninstalled and the desktop icon will disappear.

2.  Go to the link below and download/install the free Malwarebytes Anti-Spyware.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

3.  Once installed, open Malwarebytes to the main window and select the Update tab.  Run its update to download its latest detections.

4.  Then select the Scanner tab and run a full system scan of your system.

-  Let it quarantine what it finds.

5.  Post back here the scan log from Malwarebytes.

6.  Post a new Hijackthis log.

Yes, it does look like Combofix did fix a few things.  However, there is still one malicious item showing up.

BE SURE to do the Combofix /u (as per my previous post) before you install/run Malwarebytes.
