First time on here. Please help! I had Trojan problems through follishly opening a Facebook Message. Trojan Hunter 5 removed them but has left two issues
Port 12346 open (matches Netbus.160)
Port 12346 open (matches Netbus.170)
I have Norton as my internet security etc.
I can access my emails and send them (I'm with Virgin). Yahoo messenger comes up OK but I cannot access the internet. It tells me to check firewall settings for HTTP port (80)  HttPS port (443)  FTP port (21)
Each time I rty to go online the Norton Phishing Protection becomes insecure.
I run Windows XP
What should I do

Welcome to the forum sebastien  Wink

Sorry that you are having problems because an infection.  Please do the following.  I am assuming that you have internet access from another computer.  So you can download to a CD and move to your crippled computer.

1.  Download/install Hijackthis as per instructions in the link below.  You do not need to execute it just yet.

http://www.misec.net/forum/board/FAQ/1163329424

2.  Download Combofix.exe from the link below.  Save it on your desktop.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

3.  Temporarily disable all your security programs EXCEPT your software firewall.

4.  Close down as many programs as you can (icons next to the clock in your task bar).

5.  Go to the link below and follow the instructions for running Combofix.exe.  You can bypass the part about installing the recovery console if you wish.  You may wish to print out these instructions.

6.  After you have completed running Combofix, please post back here the Combofix log.

7.  Run a scan with Hijackthis and post the scan log back here.
