w4sgeen9.exe

I just found a program on my desktop called w4sgeen9.exe and I have no idea what it is or where it came from, but I suspect it's a trojan.  I didn't open it and I want to get rid of it.  Will deleting the file be enough or do I need to do more?  If someone can help me with this I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
Mike

While I was waiting for your reply, I downloaded TrojanHunter from this web site and ran it on my computer.  Ws4geen9.exe was determined to be a trojan and TrojanHunter cleaned it up for me.  That's a great program!  Thanks for your help.

Actually gents, you're wrong: w4sgeen9.exe is the Generic Work4sure client behind the ComponentMatching service provided by a lot of memory vendors such as 4AllMemory.com.  It's a legit program, not a Trojan. he only way it will have got onto your computer Seamhead is if you executed it.  siliconman01, somebody needs to tell Mischel Internet Security that they've got their analysis wrong!
