TH not detecting Nvclp32.exe

This trojan opens FF or IE in the background and restarts it when you turn it off in Task Manager. I picked this up yesterday and TH does not find it Sad. Not only that it does not even detect it when its running in memory. What surprises me is that this trojan is quite old - surely TH should have it in its definition list by now?
 
I got rid of it by running Spybot which seemed to find it and then searching the registry in Safe mode for every instance of nvclp32 and replacing the value with 'disabled' - seems to have worked
 
I know which filehas the virus in if someone wants to look at it

Would you please submit the file nvclp32 or the file containing nvclp32.  Gavin/Magnus will incorporate it.  The link below describes how to submit files for analysis.
