RunQFE.exe

Trojanhunter picks up this file as being the Trojan StartPage.242, could this be true? Or is it a false positive? The file RunQFE.exe is in my driverpacks folder in C:/Windows. I don't want to clean it till I know for sure this is a Trojan. If you need any further info just let me know. Thanks

I just ran the file through Jotti and it came up okay?? Any comments?

This most definitely looks like a False Positive.  Would you please submit the file RunQFE.exe to Mischel Internet Security for analysis.  Gavin/Magnus will fix the FP.  The link below describes how to submit a False Positive file:
