Cannot reach Windows following trojan removal

Hello, I am new to Trojan Hunter just purchasing the product license and downloading it yesterday. I ran TH and following completion it found two trojans. One of them was bisontray.exe which is an executable for my bison integral webcam. I understand this does not mean that it could not have been infected with Malware of sometype. The other one was something about a trojan.small.256 (or something similiar, I don't recall the exact number). There was also a remark about a baseqlb32 file of some type and a b~ was referenced on the same line. In any event, following this full scan, it prompted me to fix these trojans. I clicked yes, and it quickly returned that 1 was cleaned, and the other would require a system restart. I answered yes to the system restart, and it complied. Once the screen went black, I could not reach a desktop. The computer kept looping restarting itself over and over. I could reach my BIOS screen, but I didn't see much use in this (I don't know anything about it anyway). Hitting F2 didn't give me any change either. My computer runs Windows XP Media Center Edition SP2, however, my OS recovery disc I received does not have any Recovery support. So, I placed a standard Windows XP Professional install disc in the tray, and was able to get to a Windows setup screen after booting from the CD. There, I was able to stop the perpetual restart and a blue screen comes up, showing the computer can not locate a file called baseqlb32. It further instructs that restoring this file may allow the system to operate again. I searched the forums on Trojan Hunter's website on different computer that I own, but saw no references to this baseqlb32 anywhere. After all of this, I ran the Recovery portion of the XP disc which allowed me to run the FIXBOOT function. I did this, figuring I didn't have much to lose. After that, I can at least get to a screen which allows me to select SAFE MODE, SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING, LAST KNOWN GOOD, etc. I have tried all of these, but it continues to stop and reference this missing file. Any ideas? Can this missing file be removed from the quarantine folder and re-enabled from a DOS prompt? Is there any way to restore this (and possibly the other file) in order to allow me to get into a desktop where I can have more ability to repair these things? Is this file part of a critical file system of XP or just XP Media Center Edition? Any recommendations you may have as to where to proceed from here would be greatly appreciated. I would like to avoid losing all of my files in the case of having to wipe my HD and reinstall Windows. Thanks much Matt
