For the last 2 complete automatic scans , TH flags this as a found trojan. "Ceckno.107" and quarantines it. Any one know if this is some kind of false positive or what it could be?

Is it the same file C:\WINDOWS\I386\MMSSETUP.CAB/msmsgsin.exe as in the link below?
