Unable to clean trojan

I could use some guidance in eradicating this pest detected during a TH 5 full scan.
 
Found trojan file: C:\Users\Garth\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\AS5OUYOT\hjred103[1].zip/HijackReader.exe/Upx.pvunusxc (RemoteSOB.112)
 
 CryUnable to clean file C:\Users\Garth\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\AS5OUYOT\hjred103[1].zip/HijackReader.exe/Upx.pvunusxc because it is contained in a Zip or Rar archive

Have you tried to empty your Temporary Internet Files using Internet Options>General tab>Delete Temporary Internet Files?  Let it clean the offline files too plus cookies.  Then reboot.  
 
Another way would be to use the Windows CleanUp utility under START>ALL PROGRAMS>Accessories>Tools.  Then reboot.
 
If that does not work, try downloading/installing CCleaner and running it with your computer booted in SAFE MODE.

I cleaned the junk out of the cache, then ran another full  
TH scan. The system is now clean. It never occurred to me that cleaning the cache would have facilitated removal of the
trojan, even though the instructions in the window were clear.
Duh! I don't know what I was thinking when I attempted this
download in the first place. Perhaps that second helping of turkey did me in!

I am fairly certain that this is a False Positive detection by TrojanHunter in this ZIP file.  I ran a Jotti scan on the ZIP file and nothing was reported by the majors except by Panda and Ikarus.  I have submitted the file to Gavin/Magnus for analysis.
