The the trial copy of Trojan Hunter detected. C:/Program Files/K-Lite Codec Pack/Filters/CoreAVCDdecoder.ax as Generic Trojan Downloader A.  
 
I just wanted to make sure before I went about deleting anything

This "sounds" like it is a false positive.  Please submit file CoreAVCDdecoder.ax to Mischel Internet Security for analysis.  The link below explains how to submit files.
