Welcome to the forum spartanx,  Cheesy
 
Would you please download and install the trial version of TrojanHunter.  Be sure to run the LiveUpdate when it asks you to the first time.
 
Then reboot your computer into SAFE MODE and do a FULL scan with TrojanHunter Scanner.
 
I see a trojan on your HJT log and hopefully TrojanHunter will too.  Please post back here the results of the scan by TrojanHunter and also a new HJT log
