idpinch tojan

Anyone heard of this?  Webroot Spysweeper detected it in HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\mcd\  It is right now in quarantine.  Only new program I put on since last sweep was a dowload of cyberlink Power Backup.  Googled lists very little information about it, and it is not in the Trojan Hunter trojan list.

Ldpinch is a password-stealing Trojan horse that attempts to steal information from an infected computer and send it to the author of the Trojan.

Is there a file that is in Quarantine via SpySweeper or is this just a single registry entry that it is quarantining?

This is just a single registry entry that is quarantined.  That's why I was questioning it.

also your correct in that it was Ldpinch.  Hard to read those tiny letters in spysweeper  Smiley

I can find no information that indicates this single registry entry constitutes a Ldpinch trojan.  
 
I recommend that you contact Webroot and question them on this probable False Positive
