How can Hoax.Renos.192 be removed????

Hoax.renos.192 has infected my computer and Trojan Hunter says it will clean on restart, but this thing has taken over admin rights on my pc so it cancels it. Norton can't touch it either. How on earth can I get rid of this? Angry

Would you please boot into SAFE MODE and run a full scan with TrojanHunter scanner.  Be sure to run LiveUpdate in TH before dropping into SAFE MODE.
 
Let us know if that permits TH to fully clean out this critter on your system.
 
Also would you please download/install Hijackthis.  Then post back here a HJT scan log for review.  The link below describes how to obtain HJT.
