Trojan.Win32.Small.jr

I have ZoneAlarm and it found this trojan.  I tried running TrojanHunter in safe mode on XP home and it couldn't find it.  Anyone know how to get rid of it?

Inasmuch as there is no naming convention between international security firms/vendors, it is not possible to correlate the name Trojan.Win32.Small.jr with the rulesets of TrojanHunter.  
 
-  What is the name of the file that is supposedly infected?
 
-  Can you find that file and please submit it to Mischel Internet Security for analysis?  This will permit Gavin/Magnus to determine what is needed to remove whatever it is.

WINDOWS\com3.jaf is the infected file.  I double checked that all files in that folder were visible.  The file is not there under that name.

Would you please follow the steps in the procedure below to perform some initial cleaning steps.  The logs at the end of the procedure are essential to assist us in helping remove this malicious file.  Please post the logs back here when you are completed with the steps in the procedure.
