After giving some basic advice in the past to those who contact me, I have decided to review my support given the possibility that MBS in Leeds UK are attempting to take legal action against anyone who classes their "Billing System" as some sort of computer malware.

Now, I don't expect TH to resolve this issue, but I was wondering what your thoughts were.

This certainly sounds like it has all the symptoms/characteristics of malware. If you can get someone to send in the files associated with it to Mischel Internet Security, I feel confident that Gavin/Magnus can/will classify it appropriately....one way or the other.
