When I run Trojan Hunter it does not find trojan.packed.13 although my Norton Antivirus pops up and says it finds it, but cannot get rid of it.
 
Is there a fix?

Would you please try running a TrojanHunter scan after rebooting your computer into SAFE MODE and see if it detects this trojan.  Norton is probably locking the offending file and TH cannot see it when you are scanning with TH in normal mode.
