After I took this mornings update from Microsoft, and rebooted, Windows reloaded. Then a box popped up which said :-
"RTHDCPL.EXE Illegal system DLL relocation.
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
 
I ran my evaluation copy of TrojanHunter but nothing was found.
What should I do ?

Looks like others are having a similar problems with this new MS update.  Look at this thread over at DSLReports.

I don't see any positive solution in the DSLReports thread.  Please follow what is going on with people over at DSLReports and see if someone gets it figured out.  
 
There is a MS issued patch that you should try:
