Trojan, piggybacking on TrojanHunter?

Hey all,
My scan today found a trojan in the TrojanHunterSetup.exe file I downloaded in order to install TH. Is this for real (I cleaned it just in case) or is this a false positive? Scan log below.

This is a false positive.  Others are seeing it on some other program installer files as well.  Gavin has been notified of the FP problem with this particular rule.
 
Sorry for the inconvenience.  
 
It is a bit odd that my system did not flag the TH setup file.  Is that an older version of TH setup?
