Has anyone come across this Trojan "GENERIC.FWK "
Does the new Trojanhunter remove it?

Because there is no naming convention between security software vendors, it is not possible to answer your question directly.  
 
Do you have a specific infected file that you can submit via email to Mischel Internet Security for analysis?  If so, please submit it.  The link below explains how to submit files for analysis.

The reported trojan was on a friends PC, so I will see if I can get the actual file & post it for analysis.
