2 delete or not to delete?

Hi All..
 
I was wondering if I should delete this or not..I just finished my scan with TH and it found this file:
 
C:\ProgramFiles\Hewlett_Packard\HP Share-To-Web\Shar2Web.exe (found possible trojan downloader)

Yup, don't delete it yet... TH says it isn't definately a trojan.  Please email it to submit@misec.net with a link to this topic, and you should then be informed of the correct action to take.
