Possible SDBot Trojan? install011.exe/US7P.exe

Using Win98SE, when I run the full scan I get this: found possible trojan file: C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\install011.exe/US7P.exe (SDBot).  However, I can't find any such thing on my system, even with "show hidden files" activated.
 
Any info greatly appreciated.

Try finding the file in a DOS prompt or by right-clicking on "My Computer" and selecting "Search...". Then copy it somewhere else and email it to submit@trojanhunter.com

I still didn't find it, but I did find "install011" using regedit in Currentvalue/explorer/mru, along with I5Eexplore.  Deleted both.
