Possible Trojan?

My comp won't allow me to log on AIM or go on certain sites.. such as http://mail.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com

Is there any trojan that restricts access to this?

All these sites work everywhere else except for mine.

Shin no Tenshi, have you by any chance just installed Ad-Aware 6.0, as this program will block the sites you mentioned?

If you have go to the Ad-Aware folder and open "sites.txt". Remove the sites you wish to use.

Actually no I didn't...
For a few hours Yahoo Mail worked last night.. now it doesn't.
This happened before... AIM didn't work.. but after a few days it started working to log in.. but now.. it doesn't.

Did you alter any of your settings for your browser, add a new host file, or install ie-spyad? What makes you think it is a trojan? Is there any unknown process running on your machine?

It was listed on the possible symptoms of a Trojan.. sometimes when I'm playing a game my comp would restart without warning.. but I think that's just a crash...

Do you think Kazaa Lite has anything bad on it that harms the comp?

Kaaza Light has some traffic that is not strickly from the Download Requests, is it dangerous? No.  It is an intrusion to your privacy.

Are you playing online games and getting booted?  There are some tools for script kiddies that will cause your connection to get bombarded and get you tossed out of your connection.  Essentially you can be tossed for slow routing or additonal traffic to your connection, similiar to a denial of service or DOS attack.
