I just ran the updated Trojan 3.0 with latest updates and got a Port 3129/TCP is open (Matches MastersParadise 920 and 970) warning. Is this something to worry about? No other Trojans found. This evidently happened during the 5 minutes or so that I was deleting TH2.5 and loading 3.0. Foolishly I had not disconnected during that short interval.  After rebooting the warning disappeared. I had no indication that TH had cleaned it but all seems to be clear now. This is the first serious evidence of a hack I have had since setting up a router (vigor 2200E) for my home network and installing TH three  months ago. Does TH automatically clean Trojans that it finds in situ? Just wondered.

Yor browser opens temporary ports, when connecting to the internet, it was probably one of those ports.  If you experience an open port try closing your browser and wait for it (about 2 minutes) to release the open port then scan again.

if your antivirus did not detect a problem, and TH did not detect a trojan file, you likely do not have a trojan. like jammin said, it is likely a legitimate program using the port. the port scan only alerts you that something is using the port. i get alerted to port 8000 often..it is a legitimate program that i am using that is using port 8000. when the program is closed, port 8000 is not detected as being in use.
