Trojan simulator?

i wonder if it is possible for any program besides TH to detect the simulator since infact it is not a real trojan, and therefore other programs like antivirus programs would not have definitions for it? my antivirus program did not find any "infection" when scanning the simulator files. also, when i first ran the test, it seemed like TH would detect it almost instantly, if not instantly. but then, one time after i ran the test, i wanted to run it a second time, so i unzipped the download again to restore the files which had been nuked by TH; ever since then, the detection report has been 2 to 3 seconds.

The simulator will only be detected by an AV / AT if rules for it have been added. As the simulator was written by Magnus, TH obviously has the rules for it. It just allows you to see that your AT can actually detect things without having to risk your system with a real Trojan.
Several seconds seems about right for TH Guard. Smiley
