Context menu problem (bug?) with TrojanHunter 5.3 Build 994

I'm running Windows Vista Premium on a 64 bit system, just upgraded from TH 5.2 to 5.3, full uninstall & reinstall, and since doing that, many but not all context menus that appear when folders are right clicked have "scan with trojan hunter" as their first-listed option, which means also that double clicking the folder now runs the scanner instead of opening the folder. It's very annoying to have to open a folder by right click and choosing "open" every time, instead of simply double clicking to open. However, this doesn't happen with all folders, and instead seems to be happening primarily (solely?) when a folder contains certain file types (images - at least jpgs - and video, plus maybe others - haven't done exhaustive testing to see which types). Sometimes the right-click context menu for a folder is altered that way before I've ever opened the folder after the TH upgrade. Other times tho I can right click on a folder that I've not yet opened since the upgrade and that contains those file types, and see the scan option down lower in the menu and then also double click and have it open, normally, but if it contains any of these file types, when I close it and right click again, the context menu has been rearranged, and the scan option is now listed first, and double clicking runs the scanner then instead. However, if the folder was one that didn't contain such file types, then the menu order stays intact, with the scan option down lower, and I can open and close the folder by double clicking as often as I want with no problems. Likewise, I can make a new, empty folder on the desktop, and right click and see "open" is first listed, and double click opens it normally; and when I close it and re-check, the menu is still OK. But if I copy a jpg into it, then I can right click and see open first listed, and double click opens it, but then when I close it and right click on it again, the scan option is now first on the menu, and double clicking runs the scanner instead. If I then delete the jpg, so it's an empty folder again, however, the context menu won't revert so that scan isn't still the first option. If I copy a text file into the folder instead of a jpg, the behavior never happens, the menu stays intact. Likewise if I add a text file, everything stays OK as above, but then if I add a jpg too, then the menu change happens, and if the jpg is removed but the text file remains, the menu won't revert. So I can't even circumvent this by creating new folders with "normal" context menus, and then copying from the folder with the messed up menu, because as soon as I open the new one now that it contains the triggering content, its context menu changes permanently too, even if it was OK initially. Not only that, but there no longer seems to be a choice in options to disable the option to scan from right click, as there used to be in older versions, so there's no way to get rid of it other than uninstalling TH completely. Search of the web for tools or means to re-order Windows context menus is also more-or-less fruitless. Thoughts/suggestions/fixes?
