Open ports

Hi,

After purchasing and running TrojanHunter, it removed a couple of Trojans.  It als reported the following:

Port 20002/TCP is open (matches AcidKor.100)
Port 21000/TCP is open (matches CoreDoor.100)
Port 20001/TCP is open (matches Millenium.100)
Port 20001/TCP is open (matches Millenium.200)
Port 20001/TCP is open (matches PshychoFiles.180)
Port 20002/TCP is open (matches PshychoFiles.180)

Since TH didn't do anything with these, I don't know how to proceed.  Is there a way to take care of these?

Thanks,

Alan

Also please download/install Hijackthis per the link below.  Then post a HJT scan log back here for me to examine.

Thanks siliconman01.

In the wee hours of the morning I found a program called CurrPorts which gave me enough information to determine that a piece of crap NBC Direct program that I had installed was holding those ports open.  I got it uninstalled and reran TrojanHunter and the messages were gone.

Thanks for answering.  I have been battling some Trojans and viruses over the last week but think I have finally got them licked with the help of TH, MBAM, Avira antivirus and ThreatFire.  I wish I could figure out how I got them.  I practice safe computing, but guess I wasn't safe enough....

Thanks again,

Alan
