Thanks for your feedback. Two things to keep in mind: 1. TrojanHunter is a supplement to, not a replacement for, your normal anti-virus. For TrojanHunter, Magnus/Gavin focus on implementing detection rules that most normal av programs do not catch or are slow in implementing detection for. 2. When trojans or other malware are detected in your system memory, it is often a "first to detect" situation. The program that detects the item first in memory is the one that locks it and makes it undetectable by other security programs. THGuard scans memory every 10 seconds for malicious items. Typical av programs scan memory much more frequently.
