I ran the TrojanHunter scan, and it says that I have a trojan...how do I get rid of it?

Would you please post back here the port number and the trojan name that it is saying you may have.
 
Please read the following post on port scan detections.  It may answer your question.  Please provide feedback after reviewing the link as to whether you need further assistance.

Also, if you are using the Trial Version of TrojanHunter, please manually update the rulesets to the latest definitions.  The link below is for the manual updates.  (LiveUpdate is not active in the Trial Version.)  Please update the rulesets prior to running a full scan with TrojanHunter scanner.
