New software uses keylogger, says its trojan

I got this new software I want to use and it has a keylogger is part of its function and is called phrase express. When I installed it it scanned a trojan alert. So I cleaned it and software does not work. I emailed the company that makes it telling what I found and they said it was becaues it uses a keylogger and some scanners will read it as positive. He assured me it does not take any info and transmit it. the software monitors key strokes and then autocorrects ones typing and does several other things. So I tried adding it to the ignore list but it keeps on popping up saying it has a trojan called Delf.560

I suspect that keylogger activity is probably being handled by a DLL that is separate from the main program executable.  Try adding all executables and DLLs that are in your new program's folder to the Ignore List of TrojanHunter.  
 
(When you open the TH Ignore List utility and select Add, change the File types to All Files. This will permit you to ignore the DLLs too.)
