I'm not sure why it would think that this is suspicious.  It is not flagging it as a Trojan...just suspicious.  Would you please locate the file named sprtcmd.exe and submit it to Mischel Internet Security for analysis.  The link below describes how to submit files.

If you do not hear back from Gavin/Magnus in 2-3 days, please holler back here.  With the server problems at The Plantet in Texas, it is possible that something can get lost.  
 
If you right click on those Suspicious Registry Entry items on the scan report, does it give you the option to "Ignore" them?  If so, please Ignore them.

The reason it was calling it suspicious is that it is finding the same program name being called from difference RUN locations in the startup area of the system registry.  
 
Your Dell might run better without starting up the DellSupportCenter software.  Mine do.   Cheesy
