Good morning,
 
At the end of my Trojan Hunter scan the scan report states: " ...AppInitChecker Executing ...."
 
Can someone please tell me what this means or refers too?  Huh

Are you running a Custom Scan when you get this message?  If you look under Plugins in the top menu of TH scanner, you will see the plugin Application Start Method Checker.  It is this plug-in running and doing its validity checker.  
 
It makes sure your registry has the correct parameters for starting applications.
