Hi,
 
I have the latest version of TH5 (5.0 Build 962) with today's def's.
 
I recently stopped using Zone Alarm (free) as my firewall, on my standalone PC using Windows XP Pro SP2, and installed Online-Armor (free).
 
During a TH5 Full Scan operation, which in fact is now proceeding on the subject PC (I'm on my backup PC), an Online-Armor popup occurred indicating f:\TrojanHunter 5.0\trojanhunter.exe wants to create c:\documents and settings\nella\local settings\temp\setup.exe.  I have the option to "Allow" or "Block" along with a checkbox to "remember my decision".
 
At this juncture, the popup is waiting for my answer, and yet TH5 is proceeding with the Full Scan, seemingly undeterred by my failure to make a decision.
 
Any idea what might be happening and how I should respond to the Online Armor firewall's popup?  Nella

This appears that TH is unpacking a RAR or ZIP file into your Temp folder and OA is querying the TH action.  You should instruct OA to permit/allow this TH action.

TH will proceed to scan unless OA stops the TH scanner which it looks like it is not doing if the scanner is proceeding.  TH does not respond to the alerts of other programs.  It's up to the alerting program to do any blocking/stopping that it thinks it should.  
 
You should "tell" OA that TrojanHunter.exe, THGuard.exe, thcl.exe and LiveUpdate.exe of TrojanHunter are trusted programs and not to block their actions.  I assume OA has this ability to identify Trusted programs.
