Help needed on scan updated today

Yesterday I renewed my subscription and decided to do a clean up on one of my machines . Has it updated I did a full scan which detected alot of NTFS alternate data on a bunch a files , and detected 2 objects infected with - Rbot.614 , Generic.FSG . Quarantined them , and alerted to the fact Port 50000/TCP is open (matches InCommand.171)
Port 50000/TCP is open (matches Infector.180)
Port 50000/TCP is open (matches Starline.200)
 
Deleted the files and today the scan report is as follow :

1.  Would you please look in the Quarantine folder of TH and report back the name of the two files that TH quarantined as Rbot.14.  Sometimes a Generic detections can be a bit inaccurate.  
 
-  Open TH scanner
-  Click on the Quarantine icon in the left icon bar.  
-  The name of file will be shown in the Quarantine Windows.
 
2.  Please read the FAQ on double extensions.  I recommend that you uncheck the log option for double extensions.  All of the double extensions in your log are valid Microsoft programs.

4.  Concerning the NFTS alternate data files, do most of them have the word "favicon" somewhere in the string? These are the icon/favicon the IE7 hooks to your Favorites.  Unfortunately it does this by an alternate data stream.

Well yesterday I just removed the files , went to quarantine and had the option delete it , as they weren t system or app files nor being used.
I just started making some maintenace and upgrade the machine , and the objects infected and port 50000 warning gave me the thought something might be wrong

I checked the port 50000 origin , it seems to be system process with lsass process running , reboot wont go away ... can it be injected in that processHuh!

Okay, check what program has port 50000 open via the instructions in the FAQ.  If it is a program that is not known by you, we'll do some more investigating.

We seem to have posted at almost the same time yesterday...one minute difference and I missed your response   Wink
 
Please run a remote scan of your computer via Kaspersky from the link below.
 
-  Use Internet Explorer to access Kaspersky.  It needs to download/install an ActiveX component.  Please let it do so.
 
-  Before running the scan, de-activate all your security programs EXCEPT your software firewall.
 
-  Be Sure to run a FULL scan of your system
 
-  Please report back here the results of the Kaspersky scan.
