I use v5.0, build 962, set to update once daily.

This shot of my plugins menu shows "<unknown trojan checker>"

If I click it, I get an error dialog saying "Plugin doesn't support a required interface".

What might this be? I have no idea when or how it showed up.

The same is on my Vista Business with TH 5.0.962. I don't know for sure why it is there; however, I assumed that it was for a future new plug-in.

This is actually the interface that handles the trojan definitions. It shouldn't be in the list, and TrojanHunter can't scan for trojans using just the trojan definition list, which is why you're getting the message. I'll see to that it gets removed for the next release.
