Welcome back to the forum bunkie6000 What you are experiencing is TrojanHunter unpacking archives to test them for infections. It temporarily stores the unpacked files in the Temp folder. For some reason McAfee insists on flagging these unpacked files as a Malformed Archive. It has been a long standing issue with McAfee when TrojanHunter does its scan. The files are harmless. The best way to get around this is to temporarily deactivate McAfee AV, run the TH scan, and then activate McAfee AV again. I don't know if you are running the latest version of McAfee or whether McAfee corrected this problem in its latest version. HTHs
