Custom scan problem

Cannot make custom scan work. It starts and stops after a few seconds. Objects scanned 6213. AppInitChecker Executing. And that is all. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling TH (5.0.962). Did not work. Windows 2000 SP 4 (English version).

What do you have set up in the Custom Scan list ?
 
This is under Scan>Edit Custom Scan List in the top menu
