unable to add file to ignore

th 5 finds a registry entry which is from my epson printer. I want to add it to ignore but that option is inoperative when right clicking on the file.

I don't think adding a registry entry to Ignore is valid.  Would you please submit the information concerning what the registry entry is and what TH is falsing saying it is to Gavin/Magnus so they can correct the False Positive.

I emailed gavin over a week ago. When is this false positive going to be fixed? He game me instructions on deleting the reg entry, I dont want to friggin delete the entry which is associated with my printer, I want the fp fixed.
