Hello,

had the same result. After the recent update to the new build the program scans sometime and then at some point it crashes. I have tried it to scan several times but same result. I am on Vista 32 bit.

martin and redcell,

Can you tell if the scanner hangs on a particular file? If so, can you email that file? I'd be particularly interested to know if it is scanning any .cab file prior to locking up, as we added cab file scanning with the latest scanner update and I think the problem may lie with that scanning module.

Welcome to the forum redcell,

Please make all your files and folders visible via the procedure in the link below.

http://www.misec.net/forum/board/FAQ/1139610900

Now can you find ient_SI.cab ?

Also, please try this to see if it is isolated just to this specific .cab file.

1.  Open TH scanner and click on the Scan icon in the left icon bar.

2.  Click on the + sign next to your C: hard drive to expand the tree.

3.  Expand CompAQ and then MSMoney

4.  Uncheck the folder named IE

5.  Now run a Full System scan

Welcome to the forum martin  Cheesy

Thanks much for the submittal.

Sounds like may be an unpacker problem with .cab files.

Thank you! I've now been able to reproduce the problem so we should have a fix out very soon.
