Welcome to the forum CindyCIL You need to be logged on with a User Account that has full Administrator privileges when setting up the scheduled scan. Also make sure that your system Task Scheduler is active. This is a system service that is named "Task Scheduler". You can see if it is set up to run automatically by: 1. Go to START>RUN 2. Type in services.msc and then click on Ok. The Services window will open. 3. Scan down through the services until you find "Task Scheduler". It should have a Startup type of "Automatic". - If Task Scheduler is not set to Automatic, right click on the Task Scheduler service and select Properties. Set the Startup Type to "Automatic; click on Apply, and then Ok. Reboot your computer and recheck to ensure Task Scheduler is set up properly.
