Just a question:
 
If the Clean Registry Entries is checked (the default), is this done automatically without user intervention  or will the user be prompted for action to take?
 
p.s. this is my first look at the new version. Looks good team Trojan Hunter.

You will get the "Clean" alert box which permits you to accept or reject the cleaning.

Since this thread is already started and has "clean options" in the thread title, I thought I'd ask about the clean option entitled:
 
"Enable cleaning of possible trojan files" which was not checked by default in my TH 5 install.  I couldn't find a reference to this option in "help" or the FAQ page.  I assume this is an option to quarantining a file.  
 
Are the answers you gave to dp reference checking the registry cleaning box, the same with respect to checking the "enable cleaning of possible trojan files" box?  Thanx.  Nella

This option permits you to clean/quarantine a malicious element that TH flags as a "possible trojan" based on its heuristics logic or generic algorithm, but cannot be fully confirmed via current rulesets as malicious.  
 
It is best to submit the "possible trojan" file to Mischel Internet Security for analysis.  TH now permits you to quarantine it prior to receiving the results of the analysis...just to be on the safe side.
