Definitely a false positive!

Gavin already has the files mentioned (from a previous FP)

This is the third time (in as many months) that this has caused a FP, you have the files so why?

Unfortunately I haven't worked out a way to do FP testing for the guard.. it needs a program to be running to scan it, I can't just scan a folder full of clean files to check for falses..
