I am running version 4.6 of the TH scanner. I continue to get the following error messages:

Registry scan
No suspicious entries found
Inifile scan
No suspicious entries found
Port scan
No suspicious open ports found
Memory scan
No trojans found in memory

File scan
Error: Removal of temporary directory C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\vzXm7.TH\ failed (The directory is not empty)
Error: Removal of temporary directory C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\GPe.TH\ failed (The directory is not empty)
Error: Removal of temporary directory C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\6ICyBmwd.TH\ failed (The directory is not empty)
Error: Removal of temporary directory C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\wiaX9n.TH\ failed (The directory is not empty)
Error: Removal of temporary directory C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\v5ed1.TH\ failed (The directory is not empty)
Error: Removal of temporary directory C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\2mj.TH\ failed (The directory is not empty)

How should I go about clearing up this problem?

Thanks!

If you uncheck "Scan zip-files" and "Scan rar-files", do the messages go away?

No Magnus I have not tried that. I will uncheck the items you suggested and scan again.

Thanks! Smiley

Magnus after unchecking "Scan zip-files" and "Scan rar-files" I didn't receive any complains from TH! Why would TH squawk about scanning zip & rar files? Why would TH generate such a confusing error message(s)? Is that problem cleared up in version 4.7?

BTW I am going to upgrade to version 4.7 today. I should uninstall the current version of TH on my computer before installing the new, correct?

Thanks Magnus!

Can you tell which zip/rar file(s) are causing this error message? If so, is one of them small enough that you can email it to support@misec.net?
