2 new errors

I recently downloaded URGE in Windows Media. My Firewall warned of a dll that came up. I just ran a scan and wanted to know if this has come up before.
 
ERROR: error while scanning C:\WINDOWS\STSTEM32\dllcache\ pmspl.dll  This is not a PE format  
ERROR: error while scanning C:\WINDOWS\STSTEM32\ pmspl.dll   This is not a PE format  
 
Other than that it says nothing found.
Any info you can give would be appreciated.

Run LiveUpdate of TH again.
Maybe that will fix it.
