TH Guard is reporting that East-Tec Eraser 2007, when right clicking a file to erase it, has found the trojan PWSteal.Delf.448 in module borlndmm.dll loaded into process eteraser.exe
 
Definitely a false positive!
 
Gavin already has the files mentioned (from a previous FP)
