Missing/hidden Exit button

The Exit button keeps disappearing or hiding. I can toggle the text box in Options and it comes back. Next time I run the program the Exit is missing. However, if I use the Update button the program exits. If I use the Update in the Tools menu it works. It appears that the Exit button is hiding under the Update button and receives it's click.

Does this happen immediately upon startup or after moving a toolbar? Can you provide a screenshot? What resolution and color depth are you using?

The problem happens immediately on program startup. If I toggle the Text checkbox in Options the Exit button appears to the right of the Update button. At that point both buttons work as expected. If I exit the program and restart the Exit button is gone and the Update button acts as an Exit.

I'm using an HP 3270 laptop with W98se. The LCD screen is 1024x768x32b color. The Windows screen font is set for large so that the icon text is not so small. I'll try a screen capture but it should show no Exit button and the expected Update button. I've seen similar problems on other programs when using this large font. It acts as if the Exit button has moved underneath the Update button but has retained it's own purpose. There is still lots of space on the right side.

When I turn off the Text option the Exit button appears but does not have popup help like the other active buttons. When I turn text back on the buttons get larger with text. The exit button still doesn't have a popup. When I restart the Update button loses it's popup and acts like the hidden Exit button.

Ah... you're talking about 2.0. This should be fixed in 2.5. (You don't have the option to remove the text labels just yet, but that should be in the next beta.) If you still have this problem in 2.5 then let me know.
