Quality Product, Quality after purchase support!!

I have been using Trojan Hunter Scanner option of version 4.0 since 2004. In that year I had read extensively anti-trojan program reviews and this program was highly recommended for its effectiveness and its user friendly interface.
In using it for the past 2 years I have not been bothered with pesty trojans. I find the program is indeed user friendly and if there is any problem that one can't resolve the Mischel Internet Security Forum is First Class. I am not a novice computer user and on the other hand am definitely not an intermediate and often ask a lot of questions.( I must say though, that after I set up the program I didn't have to use the forum as the program simply did a reliable job, however I did visit it from time to time to see what other users were discussing.)
The questions are handled in a very easy to understand manner and the follow-up interest by the Forum Mod is simply the BEST that I have come across with any software product.
What I mean to say is the Mod is genuinely concerned that the product sold to you does what it can within the framework of the program's options and the Mod will walk you through the initial setup if necessary and does it in laypersons jargon if you are not technically knowledgable like myself.
I highly recommend the product for Security and most especially for the after purchase Support. It has been my experience with other products that access to support is difficult and takes several days to receive replies. That is NOT the case here.
Read through the forum, read product reviews and if you have the cash and prorate it over the life of the product you will find you have made an excellent security investment.All you have to do is look at the price you paid for your computer and the price you would pay if you have to get a tech to rid of the ever increasing trojan world populace. And then you realize the value of the product for the money spent and peace of mind. You must of course use other security applications that complement this program as well, that basically goes without saying.
There are other similar anti-trojan programs out there but in my opinion there are also some weaknesses in them and no person right there to assist you when questions need response.
This very user friendly product along with other security software on your system will indeed make you the user more comfortable in your day to day computer use.
